I2 1 CD playback 0I 2 3 4 Start playback with » II PLAY/PAUSE«. ­ Playback stops automatically at the end of the CD. · Pause playback with » II PLAY/PAUSE«. Continue playback with » II PLAY/PAUSE«. · · 23 ENGLISH End playback with » I STOP«. ­ » PLAY/PAUSE « disappears. CD MODE _____________________________________________ Selecting a different track 12 1 During playback press » 9 F-SKIP« or » 8 R-SKIP« as often as necessary until the number of the desired track appears in the display. ­ Playback of the selected track starts automatically. Searching for a passage within a track 1 During playback press and hold down » 9 F-SKIP« or » 8 R-SKIP« until you have found the required passage. ­ If » 9 F-SKIP« or » 8 R-SKIP« are let go, playback begins again. Note: During the search the volume is reduced. Calling up the REPEAT functions 02 ON The repeat functions enable you to repeat a single track or the whole CD. ­ The »REPEAT « indicator lights up and the current track is continuously repeated. · 2 PLAY /PA US E PLAY/ PAUSE PR OG REPE AT To repeat all tracks on the CD, press »REPEAT« again. ­ The »REPEAT « indicator starts flashing and the CD is repeated continuously. · STOP REPEAT 3 To end this function, press »REPEAT« several times until the »REPEAT display goes out. · « Creating a track memory This function enables you to store up to 20 tracks on the current CD in a certain order and then play them back in that sequence. The same track may be stored more than once. Selecting and storing tracks 25 OPEN/CLO ON 1 Place a CD in the CD compartment.
