The Kyocera Wireless Corp. [. . . ] At the To, CC (to send a copy of the message), and BCC (to send a blind copy) fields, do one of the following to enter the recipient's phone number or email address. Select Options > Recent List, Recent Calls, Contacts, or Groups to access your stored contacts.

Enter the phone number or email address manually. (If you select stored contacts, your phone does this automatically. ) At the Subject field, enter a subject. At the Image field, select Options and one of the following to attach a file: Take Picture to instantly take a photo and attach it. Media Gallery to attach an existing file from Camera Pictures or Images. At the Sound field, select Options and one of the following to attach a file: Record Sound to instantly record a sound and attach it. Media Gallery to attach an existing file from Saved Sounds, Ringers or
Voice Memos.

Multimedia messages
Use multimedia message options
When you are ready to send a multimedia message, you have several options for how and when you want it received. While composing your message, select Options and one of the following: Insert Contacts adds contacts to your message. After setting options, press the Back key to return to the message window if necessary. Select Send.
Auto retrieve mode
When a message is received, it is automatically downloaded onto your phone. A notification appears when a new message has been downloaded to your phone. Note: If a message is received during a call, the phone downloads the message approximately one minute after the last key is pressed.
Prompt mode
When a multimedia message is received, it is not automatically downloaded onto your phone. Select one of the following: · Yes downloads and opens the message. · Retrieve Later sends the message to the Inbox for you to download and view later. Note: If a multimedia message is received during a call, the phone displays a notification after the call ends.

There are two modes for receiving a multimedia message on your phone: Auto Retrieve (default) and Prompt.

View a multimedia message
When a multimedia message is received, the message icon appears at the top of your screen. All notifications or messages are stored in the Inbox regardless of your Auto Retrieve settings. Select Reply to create a response message or Options and one of the following: Mute/Unmute enables or disables silencing the message. Forward forwards the message without showing the original address, graphic, sound, and text fields. Save QuickText saves the text in the message to the QuickText list. Save Address extracts email addresses, phone numbers, and/or URLs from the sender information and message body. Save Message saves the message to the Saved Folder.
