Press the four-way controller (2) in the capture mode. Use the four-way controller (453) to select g or Z and press the 4 button.
The camera is ready to take the picture using the self-timer.

The picture is taken ten seconds or two seconds later. · Focusing may be compromised if you move the camera while the self-timer lamp is blinking when taking still pictures. · Z cannot be selected for default setting of (Green) for the first time. Select Z in another shooting mode and then switch the shooting mode to . · In d (Movie), recording will start after ten seconds (or two seconds). · Press the shutter release button halfway while the self-timer is running to stop the countdown. Press it down fully to restart the countdown.

Continuous Shooting f 16-frame shooting
Each time a picture is taken, the image is saved in the memory before the next image is taken. Takes 16 images per 2 seconds with one press of the shutter release button. The Recorded Pixels per one image is fixed at m.

Continuous Shooting : Pictures are taken continuously until you release the shutter release button. 16-frame shooting : 16 images are taken per 2 seconds with one press of the shutter release button. · In Continuous Shooting and 16-frame shooting, the flash does not discharge. · The 16-frame shooting is not available in , b, A, , 4, O, A or Y. · In d (Movie), the Continuous Shooting and the 16-frame shooting are not available.
· In Continuous Shooting and 16-frame shooting, the focus and EV Compensation are fixed with the first image. · In Continuous Shooting, you can continue shooting until the memory capacity of the SD Memory Card or built-in memory reaches full. · The interval of Continuous Shooting varies depending on the Recorded Pixels and the Quality Level you have selected. · The images taken with the 16-frame shooting function will be printed as a single image in 4 × 4 rows of the 16 images. · When you play back the images taken with the 16-frame shooting function, they will be displayed as follows. - When played back on the camera, 16 images are continuously played back like a movie. You can save one of a series of images taken with the 16-frame shooting function as a single image.
