COOKING FUNCTION UPPER AND LOWER HEATING ELEMENT Keep the oven door closed during cooking. Ideal for all types of cooking, especially baking, fish, terrines and vegetables based dishes. To ensure even heat distribution, we recommend you cook on one level only. LARGE OVEN: Set the function knob on the symbol and use the thermostat knob to select the temperature between 50°C and 250°C.
