Switching the appliance ON/OFF Before the first use of the appliance first plug the power cable into the wall socket. · Appliance with two compressors - Switch on or switch off the freezer by pressing the A button and holding it for three seconds. Switch on or switch off the refrigerator by pressing the C button and holding it for three seconds. - The temperature is indicated on the display; +9 °C for the refrigerator compartment and 0°C for the freezer compartment. These figures blink until the actual 15 142468 temperature in a respective compartment actually falls below these values. · Valve and no frost system appliance - Switch the appliance on/off by pressing the button A for 3 seconds. Both the refrigerator and the freezer are started, green signal lamps B and D are on. In this mode you can switch off the refrigerator only by pressing button C for 3 seconds (green signal lamp 2 is off). - The temperature is indicated on the display; +9 °C for the refrigerator compartment and 0°C for the freezer compartment. These figures blink until the actual temperature in a respective compartment actually falls below these values. the Temperature setting · Temperature of the refrigerator is set with button A which can be positioned between the Min and Max range. · If the ambient temperature around the appliance is lower than 16°C the recommended setting of the thermostat is Max. · The fan contributes to more equal distribution of temperature and faster cooling, as well as reduces formation of dew on the shelves. · Turning on the fan is recommended as an additional function in the following cases: - increased temperature in the room (over 30°C), - increased humidity (during the summer), - when inserting larger quantities of food (rapid cooling). · Turning the fan on / off ON = OFF = Fan (only with some models) 0 19 142468 When the fan is on, a red dot is indicated on the switch. Note: When the fan is activated, power consumption is increased and temperature in the refrigerator drops.
